A Father's Day Reflection from the Youngest of Six and an Exclusive Invite

Father’s Day always brings a wave of memories—and this year, I found myself smiling at the thought of what it meant to grow up as the last of six children.

Being the youngest in a big family meant I had a front-row seat to watch my siblings’ experiences—and my father’s evolving role through each one of us.

By the time I came along, he had already been through five rounds of diaper changes, school drop-offs, scraped knees, and late-night talks. But instead of being worn out, I often saw a gentler version of him.

He was present in the ways that mattered most.

He taught us responsibility not through grand lectures, through small, steady actions.

He showed up.

He worked hard.

He offered advice only when we were really ready to hear it (and sometimes even when we weren’t!).

What I remember most, though, is his quiet strength—especially when life felt chaotic.

As the youngest, I was often more of an observer, taking in the way he moved through the world.

It taught me that love doesn’t always look like big gestures.

Sometimes it looks like making sure everyone had what they needed—even when he had very little left to give.

This week, I invite you to pause and reflect on what fatherhood has meant in your life—whether through your own father, a father figure, or even the way you’ve shown up for others with steady, loving presence.

A few gentle journaling prompts you might try:

  • What’s one lesson you learned from your father or a father figure that you still carry with you today?

  • What did love look like in your home growing up?

  • How have those early examples shaped how you care for yourself and others now?

Wishing all the fathers, stepfathers, grandfathers, and chosen father figures a meaningful and love-filled Father’s Day.

P.S. Over the next 2 weeks I’m opening up 10 spots to work closely with professional women who are Ready to Finally Break Free from Emotional Stress Eating

I’m opening up just 10 exclusive spots to work closely with professional women who are serious about ending emotional eating and feeling more in control of their habits and health
even if you’ve tried every diet and nothing has worked for the long haul.

If that sounds like you (or if someone instantly comes to mind), here’s what we’ll help you accomplish by the end of our time together:

✨ Stop turning to food when you’re stressed, bored, or overwhelmed
✨ Feel strong and clear-headed about what, when, and why you eat
✨ Start rebuilding trust with your body—without guilt or obsession

This is part of our [Insert Program Name], built specifically for high-performing women who are tired of starting over, done with the extremes, and ready for a smarter, more sustainable way forward.

We’ll walk you through a step-by-step framework that’s helped others just like you:

Step 1: Identify the real triggers behind your eating patterns—not just surface habits, but what’s happening underneath.
Step 2: Shift the internal conversation—so you’re no longer battling yourself or feeling like food is your only coping tool.
Step 3: Build routines and strategies that actually fit your life, your stress, and your schedule.
Step 4: Begin feeling lighter mentally and physically—with more clarity, consistency, and confidence.

Here’s what you don’t need:
✖️ You don’t need another trendy eating plan or hours at the gym.
✖️ You don’t need to punish yourself or “push through” with willpower.
✅ You do need a proven plan and someone who understands how to guide you through it with compassion and strategy.

And by the time we’re done—if you follow the process—here’s where you’re likely to land:
💫 Feeling clear-headed instead of consumed by food choices
💫 Replacing shame and confusion with confidence and calm
💫 Knowing exactly what to do next—and finally trusting yourself to follow through

If this sounds like what you’ve been needing, just reply to this email with the word “READY” and I’ll personally get back to you with details and next steps.
