🌞 3 Tiny Shifts to Realign with Yourself:

1. Anchor your morning.
Before the world grabs your attention, take 3 deep breaths.
Say: “Today, I choose to be kind to myself.”
Let this be your starting line—not your phone, not your to-do list.

2. Eat one meal without multitasking.
Even just once a day. Sit. Taste. Breathe.
Let it be a practice of presence, not performance.

3. Celebrate a small win each night.
Instead of thinking about what you didn’t do, ask:
 “What did I honor today that brought me closer to peace?”

Reclaiming your rhythm doesn’t require an overhaul. It just asks that you show up—softly, consistently, lovingly.

You’re not behind. You’re returning.
