Thanksgiving A Season of Gratitude🍂
with Mindfulness and Gratitude
Hello Dear Readers,
It’s hard to believe Thanksgiving is here!
This time of year always reminds me to slow down and reflect on what I’m truly grateful for.
Despite the ups and downs of the year, there’s been so much abundance to celebrate.
This year, I’m especially thankful for the opportunities to grow, connect, and make meaningful changes.
One fun update—we had permanent holiday lights installed outside!
(Merry Christmas to us!) (sorry- crooked picture!)
These adjustable lights are ready to bring a festive glow to Thanksgiving, Christmas, and beyond.
Thanksgiving is also the perfect time to share some exciting things on the horizon:
Professional Woman’s Wellness Membership: Launching this monthly membership will keep us connected throughout the year, offering tools and resources to help you prioritize wellness and stay inspired.
Upcoming Workshop: We’re preparing a 3 day workshop to help you step into 2025 with focus and energy. Details will be coming soon, keep an eye out!
As we gather around the table next week, let’s celebrate the moments of gratitude, big and small, that have carried us through the year.
Wishing you a Thanksgiving filled with warmth, connection, and joy.
With a grateful heart,
Dr. Peggy

Memorable Moments:
Katie’s childhood struggles with vision: "I almost flunked third grade because I couldn’t see. That’s when my journey with glasses—and my passion for optics—began."
On modern eyewear: "Glasses today aren’t just functional; they’re fashionable. We’ve come a long way from the bulky frames of the past."
A humorous takeaway: "Pistachios made the list of top vision foods.
Who knew snacking could be so good for your eyes?"

Practice the 20-20-20 Rule to reduce digital eye strain.
Include nutrient-rich foods like spinach, kale, and blueberries in your diet.
Choose the right eyewear for different environments, such as anti-glare lenses for winter or yellow-tinted lenses for skiing.
