Thanksgiving Reflections, Gratitude, and Exciting Things Ahead!

with Mindfulness and Gratitude

I hope this finds you well and still basking in the warmth of yesterday’s Thanksgiving celebration.

As I sit with a grateful heart today, I can’t help but reflect on the joy of sharing a meal with dear friends, Liz and Chester.

There’s something so special about coming together around a table, exchanging laughter, stories, and that unspoken bond that food can create.

Thanksgiving reminds us of the importance of gratitude—not just for the big moments, but for the small, meaningful ones, like savoring your favorite dish, enjoying the company of friends, or the simple satisfaction of a well-prepared meal.

This season, I’m also feeling grateful for the opportunity to launch something that has been close to my heart for a long time: the S.E.E. (Stop Emotional Eating Mind-Body Connection Monthly Membership!

It’s been incredible to see the early response, and I’m so excited to create a space where we can grow together, build confidence, and transform the way we approach food and our bodies. If you haven’t checked it out yet, I’d love for you to be part of this journey.

But that’s not all! I’m thrilled to announce our upcoming Three-Day S.E.E (Stop Emotional Eating Vision Board Workshop, where we’ll help you envision your most confident, empowered self for the year ahead.

It’s all about setting intentions and turning those into actionable steps—because what better time to dream big than now, with a fresh year on the horizon?
