Today, I want to share a personal story about how accountability has transformed my approach to health and invite you to reflect on its importance in your own life.
A Personal Story
A few years back, I was struggling with daily movement and poor eating habits during a very stressful time in my life. Due to prior back surgery,
I found it difficult to maintain a consistent exercise routine.
I would do well with walking for about two weeks, overdoing it with 4 miles a day, then something would come up, and I wouldn’t do anything for a month.
The stress led me to make poor food choices, often resorting to comfort foods that did nothing for my health.
I knew it was imperative to move more to regain my mobility and to eat better to support my overall well-being.
Having someone to check in with regularly, share my struggles, and celebrate my successes was incredibly empowering.
We set realistic goals together and knowing that someone else was invested in my success gave me the motivation to keep pushing forward, even when things got tough.

It's about building a relationship that encourages and inspires you.
